NDIS
According to the NDIS web site (2015) those eligible to receive funding through the NDIS will be Australian citizens who have a permanent and significant disability that effects their ability to be part of everyday activities and who are 65 years of age or under. The NDIS aims to fund reasonable and necessary supports that focus on the goals of the person, everyday support and community inclusion e.g. education, employment, social participation, independence, living arrangements and health and wellbeing.
