Belonging Matters is a not for profit organisation looking for a versatile "all-rounder" to serve as our operational support, event organiser and creative communications designer. This is a unique hybrid role where no two days are the same—you’ll be the person who keeps our Boronia office humming while crafting the creative communications that amplify our mission.

The Role

Based in Boronia, Victoria (some work from home & travel for events) | 22 hours per week (12-month contract, extension possible) | SCHADS Award (depending on experience).

​

What You'll Do

  • Create: Design newsletters, event flyers, social media, and educational resources.

  • Coordinate: Manage logistics for online and in person events across Melbourne.

  • Organise: Handle office admin, IT troubleshooting and digital systems,

  • Connect: Be a friendly, professional first point of contact for our community.
