Are you a person with disability, or the family of someone who would like to move out of the family home?
Are you eager to find an option that is individualised and to look beyond the usual service-led or congregate housing models often offered to people with disabilities?
Would you like to share conversations and ideas with other people with disabilities and their family members who are facing the same or similar challenges?
