Sarah-Jayne Markwell

Sarah-Jayne's role supports the Belonging Matters Advisory Council (BMAC), which was established to ensure that the work of Belonging Matters is guided by the voices of people with intellectual disabilities, as well as supporting the work of the Board and the CEO.

She also works in the Community Employment Partnership team, to assist people with disability to obtain and maintain meaningful paid employment.

​

Sarah-Jayne has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability Studies) and has worked with people with a disability in a range of settings, including open employment.

​

Sarah-Jayne believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live a meaningful life and be connected and involved within their local community.
